By accessing or using mijaiscreative.com, booking a consultation, or engaging MiJais Creative for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or book services.

2. Services

​

MiJais Creative provides graphic design, photography, and virtual administrative services as described on this website. All services are subject to individual proposals or service agreements outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of availability or acceptance of your project.

3. Consultations

​

Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance, the start of any design work, or the creation of a binding service agreement. A formal proposal will be issued after your consultation, and work does not begin until a signed agreement and deposit are received.

4. Pricing & Payment

​

Pricing listed on this website reflects starting rates and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing is determined during the consultation and scoping process and confirmed in your written proposal. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects and secure all session dates. Invoices unpaid for more than 7 days past the due date may incur a late fee, and work may be paused until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

​

All deposits are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule any appointment or project, written notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-call/no-shows within less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of any deposit or fee paid. Completed work and delivered files are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

​

All original content on this website — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and design work — is the intellectual property of MiJais Creative and is protected by U.S. copyright law. Upon final payment, clients receive full usage rights to their delivered project files as outlined in their service agreement. MiJais Creative retains the right to display all completed client work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless a written portfolio exclusion agreement is in place.

7. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, content, and approvals required to complete their project. Project timelines may be extended when the client causes delays. MiJais Creative is not liable for project delays resulting from the client's inaction.

8. Third-Party Services

​

MiJais Creative uses third-party tools, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, and analytics services. Your use of these tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. MiJais Creative is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

MiJais Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Total liability in any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
